Unacceptable loose sink faucet and rattling AC!!! Noisy road nearby hinders sleep early in the morning!!! Current pool closure is disappointing, and complimentary passes to a downtown YMCA just don't cut it!!!

It was in a central location, on the outskirts of town.

The jacuzzi was dirty and the moldy bathtub was unacceptable. I also expected a complimentary gesture like a bottle of water for the inconvenience, but no such luck. I almost considered giving a good review, but the lack of attention to detail was just too much to overlook!

neat, functional rooms with 3 queen beds and microwave, for instance, ideal position. location just next door to several restaurants and hotels and a supermarket, shops, and supermarket. the pool area is lovely too. very friendly staff and management.

What they got right and wrong

The staff was friendly and efficient , helping us with quick check-in and providing useful information. The cozy jacuzzi room offered a unique experience and perfect relaxation after our long journey.

The breakfast was limited in options and could have been better stocked , leaving us unsatisfied. The pool closure was disappointing for our family looking to relax after a long drive.

I only stayed there to sleep. They do have a pool in the back. Seems to be open all hours as I came back to the hotel around midnight and the gate was still open. It was nice to have breakfast included in the price in the morning.

Everything was perfect - central location and terrific service. The venue had efficient staff who made the stay very very good. The room I booked was neat and soundproof with a comfortable bed, the TV, as for instance. The breakfast was quick at the facility and the pool was nice.

The breakfast waffles were a good treat, and although the selection was limited at times, they were cooked to perfection.

The check-in process was frustrating due to their strict deposit policy, which led to significant delays and inconvenience.

The staff were poorly trained. They were unable to check us in as they were unfamiliar with Booked.net bookings. They didn't know what a crib was.

The Manager Paul, and in particular the receptionist Jill Scheder was exceptional,very helpful.

All fine, but breakfast selection limited.

Easy access from main highway. Easy access to rooms. Good bar and retaurant with friendly staff.

Near the main town could walk at night back to our room.

We stay two night. Our room was visit for cleaning. But very little was done. Coffee was not replaced. Beds were just pulled up, but not made. The TV had fault with the screen that the top 10% was distorted. The train line is near & runs all night. (But all of Jasper is near the train line) Our only real complaint was the clearing. The staff we meet were very helpful.
